Through college and immediately after, I spent time in residential and commercial real estate as an agent and broker. In my first year at Harvest Rock Property Management, I increased properties under management by 30%, MRR by 33%, and decreased lost revenues by 61%.
In my current role, despite funding delays, I was able to stand up two operating retail businesses in less than a year, building everything from scratch, both of which are on track to be cash flow positive within their first 6 months.
At VC3/ThinkGard, I was placed into a new territory with no support, gameplan or infrastructure. Within 2 years I built a successful GTM strategy focused on the public sector, closed multiple major accounts, established key strategic partnerships and won the company's Pioneer Award.
I personally exceeded sales targets by 128%. As a sales manager, my team sold "too much" as sales outpaced existing infrastructure resulting in implementation backlog.
As the first sales rep at SimpleFiber, I generated enough sales in 60 days to win investor support to fully fund our growth, immediately moving into a Sales Manager role where I continued to exceed revenue targets while hiring, training and managing a sales team.
At Sewel Automotive group I received the coveted Team 20 award 5 times within my first year as a sales associate. This award was earned by only the top 10% of all reps. I was also selected among 200 sales associates in the organization, to head the sales training program for all new incoming sales associates. While a new car sales manager at Sewell Cadillac of Dallas in 2015, we were the #1 Cadillac dealership globally in new car sales.
As a walk-on for the TCU basketball team, I received the Darrell Browder Coaches Award and Student Athlete Academic Achievement Award. I was also involved in the TCU Real Estate Club, Collegiate Entrepreneurial Organization and worked part time as a property manager.

My sales philosophy is built on trust, respect, and service. I believe the foundation of every successful deal begins with earning a prospect’s trust and demonstrating a genuine commitment to understanding their needs. By carefully qualifying prospects, I ensure that my time and theirs is focused on opportunities where I can deliver real value. I approach every interaction with mutual respect, positioning myself as a guide who leads prospects through the sales process with clarity, confidence, and integrity. My goal is not only to close deals but to create long-term relationships by serving customers in a way that solves their problems, supports their success, and establishes lasting partnerships.

Over the years I have read over 75 books focused on sales, leadership, team building, professional and personal development. I have listened to countless hours of professional development podcasts. I have also attended over 40 conferences focused on professional and personal development. I believe I can learn from anyone and try to maintain a growth mindset.
My faith is what makes up the foundation of how I operate in my professional and personal life. It has taught me the importance of perseverance and perspective. It helps me stay grounded and resilient, even in high-pressure situations.
I am one of the lucky ones that met their spouse in High School. My wife and I have been married for over 16 years. We now have 4 young girls, all of which are very active in and outside of school. My family provides me with inspiration and motivation to be the best version of myself every day.
I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, or boating. I love reading and learning. I enjoy watching college football and basketball (Go Frogs!). Traveling has been a passion of mine, offering new perspectives and experiences that enrich both my personal and professional life. Recently, I’ve been pursuing my pilot’s license, finally fulfilling a lifelong interest in aviation and exploring new ways to challenge myself.
